‘Eye Spy’ V&A Museum of Childhood

Family creative workshops including art and drama, linking to the Museums exhibition ‘War Games’

The secret agents
On arrival the families pulled random nouns and adjectives out of hats to create their characters secret agent to adopt for the workshop.

‘Paula Powerful Peacock’ and ‘Linda Loves Leopards’ broke the ice with our interactive, challenging laser installation!
The little agents, to the sound of mission impossible, jumped and dodged their way through to retrieve their mission art packs ready for the workshop.

Participants then created their own individual mini laser piece using coloured string working over photographs of places of local interest. The families also created secret message art with paints and masked out areas on old vinyl records and engaged with finger print art, connecting with the idea of spies and detective work.

Everyone loves the workshops see some of our brilliant feed back.
